Today, the Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, met the chief sanitary inspector, Ibrahim Tërshnjaku.
Particular emphasis was placed on the problem of not fully implementing the Law on Tobacco Control, which prohibits smoking indoors.
Minister Vitia requested that all subjects where this activity takes place be notified that there is no reason for disobeying the law and in this regard there will be no compromise.
In order for this goal to be achieved without obstacles, the Ministry of Health will also cooperate with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
All those who do not respect the provisions of this law as individuals or entities will be fined by field inspectors.
